The legal basis is the performance of your booking (or the steps you ask us to take before it) for booking and contact data, and your consent for analytics. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

These terms apply when you book a tour with SpeedBoat Tours Magellan (“SBT Magellan”, “we”), Park Slobode, 85330 Kotor, Montenegro, through this website, by email or on WhatsApp. By booking you agree to them.
Your booking is made when you confirm it with the code we email you and receive a booking reference. Please give us a working email and phone / WhatsApp number — we use them to confirm the meeting time and to reach you if anything changes. If you are on a cruise ship, tell us your ship’s departure time so we can plan the route around it.
Prices are in euros and are shown on each tour page and in your confirmation. Group tours are priced per person, with a reduced price for children; private tours have one price for the whole boat. There is no prepayment and no card needed to book: you pay in cash on arrival, right before the tour.
Changes and cancellations are free. You can move or cancel your tour on the My booking page with your reference number, or by writing to us. Please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the places to someone else; close to departure, message us on WhatsApp.
Safety comes first. If the sea or weather is not safe, we move your tour to another time or day, or cancel it at no cost to you. The skipper may also shorten or adjust the route on the day because of sea conditions, traffic or rules set by local authorities. As payment is made on the day, there is nothing to refund if a tour does not go ahead.
